We’re on the hunt for a Personal Assistant to support a dedicated entrepreneur. Based part-time in a beautiful Knightsbridge Clinic, and part-time working from home.
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to a visionary entrepreneur, ensuring their life and business run seamlessly. From diary management to travel coordination, household organisation to event planning, you’ll handle it all with efficiency and discretion. This is a varied and hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will liaise with high-end vendors, manage invoices, oversee appointments, and provide top-tier administrative support.
How You’ll Dazzle Us
1. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant
2. Exceptional spelling and grammar skills
3. Strong organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with business associates
5. Flexibility to work weekend and evening hours
6. Discreet, loyal, and highly adaptable
7. Proficient in appointment booking software and MS Office applications
8. Available for immediate start
