Service Administrator Location: Wolverhampton Job Type: Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm REED are working with a national fleet company to recruit a Service Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of their Service Department. This role involves managing all administration duties related to the maintenance and service of Commercial Vehicles. The ideal candidate will handle paperwork, respond to enquiries, and assist with vehicle breakdown reports to minimise downtime for our customers. Day-to-day of the role: Engage with the client base regarding all aspects of Commercial Vehicle maintenance administration. Respond to email and phone enquiries in a professional manner. Populate and report on breakdown data using Excel & PowerPoint. Ensure all service, repair, and maintenance paperwork is completed and filed accurately. Process all Commercial Vehicle compliance paperwork and documentation in our hire IT systems, including notifications to customers. Assist the breakdown coordination team to ensure excellent levels of customer service. Manage parts distribution, packaging, and dispatch. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in Commercial Vehicle Maintenance and Service is preferred. Excellent customer communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong administration and organisational skills with strict attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively within a small team and support colleagues on a day-to-day basis. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adhere to company processes and procedures.
