Job Description
* Develop and implement the CRM strategy to drive customer retention and loyalty.
* Collaborate with the digital team to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with the overall digital strategy.
* Manage customer segmentation to deliver targeted and personalised messaging.
* Analyse customer behaviour to inform CRM initiatives.
* Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance.
* Ensure compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior CRM Executive should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in customer relationship management in the retail sector.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer behaviour data.
* Strong working knowledge and track record of using Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
* Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.
* A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to travel to their Wolverhampton offices 4 times a week.
