About the role
This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract working in the Healthcare Development team in the Nottingham support office.
This role will support the development of total healthcare opportunities and test of concepts with the aim of helping patients identify Boots as the first point of contact to support with all of their healthcare needs.
You will support the Strategic Proposition Development Manager and within the Healthcare Development team reporting KPIs, supporting with queries and proposition development.
You need to be a team member that is detail orientated, can support stakeholders (both internal and external) with the development of new propositions.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
1. Supporting development of new propositions that provide convenient access and support the healthcare needs of patients
2. Coordinating plans focusing on delivery that is right, first time and on time
3. Providing administrative support for the team including reporting of KPIs
4. Holding others to account to ensure own milestones are met
5. Working with key stakeholders including external parties and internal cross-functional teams
6. Raising POs and invoices
What you'll need to have
1. Experience of reviewing data and providing regular reporting
2. Collaborative working with a wide range of teams
3. Good knowledge of Excel, with the ability to report and analyse data and create spreadsheets on demand
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5. Must be able to work to tight deadlines, prioritise effectively and deliver on time, every time.
6. Must have a good command of the English language, grammar, spelling with articulate communication skills (both written and verbal)
