We are recruiting on behalf of a company that supplies the fenestration industry for a new Admin Assistant to join their depot's team based in Maidstone.
This is a busy role where you will be taking inbound calls from customers or tenants, emailing, filing and scanning documents, and working with CRM systems and Excel.
To be considered: it's vital that you have some admin experience (not picking/packing as this is not admin work), be fully computer literate, good with Excel, and able to speak well on the phone.
