We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support a high-profile rollout project across the University. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and accurate progress tracking. The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.57 per hour holiday pay Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update records of rollout progress across University sites. Coordinate and manage project email communications, providing timely updates to stakeholders. Track and address responses from sites, escalating issues as required. Schedule and coordinate site visit bookings to align with project plans. What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in a similar role, preferably within IT refresh projects (desirable but not essential). Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
