Job Description
* To develop, plan and manage the supported living rota.
* Able to assist frontline colleagues by providing guidance and advice.
* Identifying and escalating concerns with matters relating to quality of care, safeguarding or allegations.
* Ensure at all times the service and adults accessing it are safe, effective, responsive, caring and well led through the execution of key administrative tasks.
* Managing the wait list for accessing care services.
* Supporting communication with external agencies such as local authorities to ensure good quality support is provided facilitated by joined up communication.
* Lead on ensuring all support assessment and regularly reviewed documentation is kept up to date and reviewed in line with halow policy on digital care software.
* Support the induction of new support workers ensuring they have clarity in their role and access to the appropriate support and tools for their role.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate effective communication across a team with prior administration support experience, knowledge of data entry, an understanding of planning staff rotas and holiday requests, updating risk assessments, ideally backed up by further training and experience.
