This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to gain or develop supervisory experience in a large team. This role involves:
1. Assisting with the recruitment of new staff.
2. Assisting with the induction programme for new staff.
3. Timetabling Learning Assistants across all college sites.
4. Liaise with other support staff and Faculties about student support.
5. Arranging sick cover at short notice.
6. Supervising a team of Learning Assistants and communicating changes to the team.
You will need the following skills and personal qualities:
1. Have a keen eye for detail.
2. Be able to complete administrative tasks to a high quality and within certain timeframes.
3. To have strong computer skills, including Office 365.
4. Be flexible in your approach, as no two days are the same.
5. Have a friendly, professional approach.
