Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to work for a well-established company in Amersham. The role will be part of a small team.
Monday – Friday
8.30am – 5.00pm (1-hour lunch)
£27,000 per annum
The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator are:
Liaising with customers giving excellent customer service over the phone and by email, whilst remaining professional at all times.
Addressing any queries or complaints in a polite and courteous manner.
Keeping accurate records of all enquiries.
Generate and provide customer quotes.
Processing engineer’s worksheets in a timely manner.
Placing orders as and when needed.
Updating weekly/monthly reports for the Customer Service Manager.
Adding invoices to the CRM.
Supporting various administrative tasks that facilitate smooth delivery service.
The key requirements of the Customer Service Administrator are:
Experience of a customer service role where you had to give outstanding customer service.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Having a friendly, bubbly personality.
