In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs, technical teams, and external partners, managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to execution. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, integrated solutions that align with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and own the product roadmap for third-party software integrations, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, R&D, and Marketing to deliver successful product integrations.
3. Engage with external partners to establish and maintain productive relationships, ensuring smooth integration processes.
4. Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for new integrations and improvements.
5. Develop clear and concise requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for integration projects.
6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrations, using insights to drive iterative improvements.
7. Champion the product model way of working, fostering a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement within your team.
8. Plan and execute successful product launches, including training and documentation for internal teams and customer-facing support.
Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within a product-driven or SaaS environment.
2. Strong understanding of API design, third-party software integrations, and associated challenges.
3. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
5. Good knowledge of product discovery, working with team to rapidly prototype to evaluate risk and validate solutions.
6. Focused on delivering value quickly, supporting team break down requirements to release early and frequently.
7. Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
9. Familiarity with product management frameworks, such as OKRs or user-centered design, is a plus.
