Be the front facing ambassador for the business. This is an integral role in the business reporting directly to the business owners. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of the office with a particular focus on ensuring the Directors needs are met and their schedules run smoothly. This role includes welcoming visitors to site and being the first point of contact for the business. This is a vital support role requiring a dedicated and hardworking individual. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Business duties Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team Maintain a strong awareness of business activity Communicate all updates with employees Comply with SPE Standard Operating Procedures Office care duties: General cleaning and upkeep of meeting rooms Ensuring stock levels are maintained for coffee machines and fruit baskets Distributing food across the business in to offices and the factories Ensuring that all meeting rooms are set and maintained to the expected SPE standards Full ownership and accountability for room set ups Be aware of room status in meeting rooms at all times and support meetings appropriately, ensuring the room is ready prior to the next booking Staff incentives and small event organising for example, charity fundraising, morning tea events, organising gifts and special occasion recognition Customer service duties: Greeting customers on site Answering internal and external calls Handling queries from customers and understanding their needs to transfer to appropriate department Liaising with suppliers and customers Arrange meetings and accompany clients on tours of the facilities if required Assist with bookings as required Administrational duties: Meeting room management via Outlook Staff email communication Newsletter creation Notice board and video screen updates What are we looking for?
