Confidence to deliver training to Teachers & parents. Experience working with neurodiverse students in educational settings, with a deep understanding of neurodiversity and its impact on learning. Familiarity with SEND provision in mainstream schools, including relevant policies, practices, and legislation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including school staff, health specialists, and parent carers. Experience delivering training sessions or workshops to educators on neurodiversity-related topics. Ability to assess school environments and identify areas for improvement to better support neurodiverse students. Passion for inclusion and a commitment to promoting positive outcomes for neurodiverse students in mainstream education. Additional Information This is a full-time position based in Essex, with flexibility to meet the needs of Children and Young People. The successful candidate will undergo relevant training and induction processes upon appointment. Travel within the region may be required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
