Finance Team Leader (Revenue)

Succession Wealth now have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and competent Revenue Team Leader to join our Finance Team in Plymouth.
The role
In this fast-paced role you will work as an integral part of our Finance team, ensuring Aged Debt records are accurate and following the Revenue Recognition Policy and corroborate aged debt within agreed timescales. You will help support the team in day-to-day operations taking ownership of the Revenue Team.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
* Assisting the Revenue Manager to manage a Team of 2
* Liaising with the Revenue Team to ensure timely allocation of remuneration received.
* To be responsible for ad hoc tasks delegated by the Revenue Manager as requested.
* Ensuring aged debt records are accurate and up to date before month end.
* Chasing aged debt within appropriate timescales from our Providers.
* Supporting the integration of acquired business income expectations.
* Producing Management Information supporting finance activities.
You will need:
* 2 years + experience in an administrative role within Financial Services.
* Experience of people management (essential).
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Ability to handle and interpret numerical data accurately with some analytical skills to support the wider finance team
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
