Critical Skills & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent culinary training. Prior experience as a kitchen assistant or similar role is preferred. Basic understanding of culinary techniques and food preparation. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
