Job description
This role spans across Antrim, Larne, Ballymena & Magherafelt and would suit an experienced HR Professional, who is looking for their next challenge. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years HR experience, within the wider Hospitality / Retail restaurant industry.
Responsibilities:
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Collaborate with the Senior Management Team on workforce strategy, including staffing and succession planning
* Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisation objectives
* Oversee the management of HR data and produce insightful reports
* Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues
* Oversee recruitment practices
* Support training and development initiatives
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or a related field
* CIPD minimum Level 5 qualification or equivalent
* Extensive HR experience in a similar environment, with managerial experience
* Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in HR software and systems
* In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
