Marketing Executive, self-development education Up to £35,000, Remote A purpose-led professional development organisation, known for its openness, innovation, and integrity, is seeking a Marketing Executive to help drive its mission forward. In this role, you’ll execute marketing campaigns, manage digital content, and support brand initiatives across multiple channels.Success in this role requires experience in social media management, design tools (Adobe Acrobat, Canva), and brand messaging. Skills in video/podcast production and CMS platforms are a plus. You will have excellent attention to detail and will be analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive. You will be a positive self-starter with strong organisational skills and a creative mindset – looking for a hands-on, creative marketing role within a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Develop compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Plan, schedule, and manage social media content, particularly on LinkedIn, to drive engagement and brand awareness. Edit and produce podcasts, videos, and other digital assets to enhance thought leadership and marketing campaigns. Ensure all marketing materials align with the organisation’s brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines. Maintain and update website content, optimising for SEO and accessibility best practices. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, tracking performance and making data-driven improvements. Work closely with internal teams and global partners to support their marketing needs and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Organise and host virtual events, webinars, and marketing activations to drive engagement and brand visibility. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using insights to optimise future strategies. Manage digital assets, maintain version control, and oversee marketing-related processes to ensure efficiency and organisation. Skills & Experience Experience managing social media platforms and engagement. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Canva is ideal. Strong understanding of brand messaging and inbound marketing. Experience with video and podcast production & editing is ideal. Ability to evaluate and report on marketing activities. Experience updating web pages using a CMS.
