Based at Friarfield House, you will work full time, 37 hours per week., You will be responsible for the supervision of teams of offenders and assessment of their work and attitude while undertaking the Unpaid Work Requirements of Community Payback Orders.
You will have 3 National 4's or equivalent., You will have supervisory experience, practical work experience in the field of painting, decorating, gardening, joinery or building.
You will have knowledge of risk assessment and of health and safety in the workplace, with good communications skills and the ability to provide written reports.
You will be willing to undergo training as required with the ability to work in a flexible work rota including regular evening and weekend working.
