With a professional and service-oriented demeanour, the administrator is responsible for various key responsibilities. In terms of administrative support: Adding vacancies to the ATS system, coordinating interviews, managing interview logistics, and handling system administration duties are essential. Alongside this, the administrator also contributes to the resourcing aspect by attending meetings to grasp vacancy requirements, assisting in advertising campaigns, and utilising direct hire tools to target and contact potential candidates effectively. Process and project work form another vital part of the role, involving managing administrative tasks associated with vacancy approval, systems administration, and ad hoc projects to support the recruitment team. To excel in this role, the Establishment Co-Ordinator must possess key behavioural skills including being customer-focused, adept at organisation and prioritisation in a busy environment, and a strong team player willing to go the extra mile. Previous administration experience, exceptional communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and familiarity with recruitment platforms are critical qualifications for this position, with experience in recruitment or HR being highly desirable. Managing of recruitment agency relationships, from performance and a candidate quality aspect. Regulatory obligations In the realm of consumer duty, it is imperative for individuals to adhere to the prescribed rules with utmost professionalism and integrity. You are required to conduct yourself in alignment with consumer duty principles, primarily by operating in good faith toward customers. This entails being transparent, honest, and ethical in all consumer interactions, ensuring trust and credibility are maintained at all times. Furthermore, it is essential to exercise caution and prudence to avoid causing foreseeable harm to customers. About You You will need to demonstrate: Administration experience is essential, ideally in a team support capacity managing responsibilities delegated by multiple team members. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Remain calm under pressure, comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities. Meticulous attention to detail with high levels of accuracy. Experience of using job boards for CV searching, social media (LinkedIn) and other recruitment platforms is desirable.
