As Nurse Consultant you will have responsibility for working across systems (acute, primary care, ambulance service, third sector and social care), providing evidence based solutions to improve care and redesign services. You will be working on behalf of nearly 20 partners who form the innovative End of Life Care Together Partnership in Highland. This is an exciting opportunity to reshape palliative and end of life care with a high degree of autonomy and ability to make real change happen.
