We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our client s team on a full-time, permanent basis. The opportunity would be best suited to someone with a background in an Accountancy Practice or Financial Services, looking for a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present management accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
* Perform all-round bookkeeping duties, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
* Liaise effectively with stakeholders at the board level, providing clear and concise financial reports and insights.
* Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic decision-making.
* VAT returns.
* Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end accounts.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in management accounting and bookkeeping.
* Comfortable and confident in liaising with stakeholders at board level.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
