Our client is a reputable organisation with exciting growth plans. They have a newly created permanent opportunity in their business for an Accounts Assistant.
Reporting into the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
* Timely inputting of data into the company bookkeeping software Xero.
* Management of accounts payable & receivable.
* Reconciliation of company bank accounts & credit cards.
* Collection of information and changes for monthly payroll.
* Preparing self-billing statements and payment runs for our suppliers and introducers.
* Reconciliation of self-billing statements received from key customers.
* Assisting the FD with the implementation of new financial processes and controls.
* Assisting with FD & MD with regular and ad-hoc KPI reporting.
Candidates that apply must have previous accounting experience. You should have excellent attention to detail and good systems skills, in particular Excel. You must be a team player, able to work to deadlines and possess decent communication skills, both verbally and written.
On offer is a base salary of 30-35k, 25 days holiday (plus BH), pension and a study support package (if applicable), also some flexibility on hours, with a potentially reduced week. They also have an impressive refurbed office.
