Job summary
An exciting opportunity for a self-motivated,enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and communication skillshas arisen within the CBU 2 managementteam.
The role within the department is toensure the accurateand relevant data validation to support the business and operational needs ofthe Clinical Business Unit (CBU) inconjunction with the Operational Support Manager and Service Manager.
Thisincludes monitoring data quality, identifying patterns of non-compliance andassisting colleagues by highlighting areas of poor practice so the appropriatetraining and management can be delivered and in accordance with the Trust Access Policy to meet their activity targets.
The interview date for this role will be Monday 22nd July 2024.
Main duties of the job
The main purpose of the role is to verify all aspects of data validationand accuracy for patients on RTT pathways within CBU2, including clock stops,clinic outcomes and patients on waiting list for surgery. This will includeproviding performance reports as required.
This will include diagnosing the causes of data errors and develop guidancematerials to address them.
Theywill work closely with the Trust Data Quality team to improve quality of datarecording
