Who You Are You are an empathetic and dedicated individual with experience in supporting people with disabilities. You hold a QCF level 3 (NVQ 3) in Health and Social Care Adults or the ability to obtain it within two years of employment. You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Welsh, or are willing to learn Welsh to fulfill the role. You demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a passion for helping service users achieve positive outcomes. What the Job Involves As an Employment Support Worker, you will work with individuals with disabilities to support them in developing skills necessary for voluntary or paid employment. You will be responsible for contributing to and following co-produced plans, providing updates and feedback on progress, and ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. This role includes onsite guidance to Employment Support Assistants, managing the retail service setting, and maintaining communication with individuals, their families, and other professionals. You'll handle daily operations in the absence of the manager and ensure that service users have meaningful work experiences.
