Fire Stopping Site Manager
Part of the growing 'Passive Fire Protection' team, this Fire Stopping Site Manager role will be based out of Leeds covering multiple fire stopping projects valued at £1million+. Operating through frameworks, the majority of projects will be for NHS and University clients.
The successful candidate will have:
1. Technical background in passive fire protection and relevant trade qualification, ideally NVQ L2 in Passive Fire Protection
2. Experience overseeing fire stopping projects at a Supervisor/Site Manager level
3. Good personnel management + SSSTS/SMSTS or equivalent
4. Excellent site health and safety knowledge
5. Experience liaising directly with clients and end-users
6. Skilled at keeping fire stopping projects on schedule and within budget
