The role: Working as a key member of our intake team to support our coordination team to achieve the company’s strategic objectives and growth targets. You will be logistically and strategically opening new rounds of care and ensuring that our current level of business is maintained and maximising our utilisation. You will be working with the local authority to reduce the growing waiting lists of service users that require a care package You will be providing excellent customer service and timely responses for all incoming referrals from various commissioning teams and keep track of all enquiries and respond within a timely manner. Ensure that we are setting up person centred care packages and outcome focused care. You will have the ability to build relationships with commissioners and private referrals and maximise capacity. Part of the role will include reviewing current work to ensure that we are maximising efficiency and logistically placing packages of care on the correct rounds. As part of this role you will be part of our On Call team proving out of hours support to our service users, Care Workers and responding to urgent referrals and hospital discharges.
