An exciting opportunity awaits! *Aspect Healthcare* is searching for a talented *Charge Nurse* to join our client’s fantastic surgical ward team. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours a week, requiring coverage across a flexible shift pattern. *Responsibilities:*
* Manage the daily operations of the hospital ward and its staff.
* Provide clinical leadership to ensure efficient resource management and high standards of patient care.
* Promote clinical excellence across all aspects of patient treatment.
* Enhance service user satisfaction and maintain high standards of customer service.
* Lead and support the nursing team in fulfilling the clinical governance agenda.
* Uphold professionalism in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
*Requirements:*
* Nursing qualification with valid NMC registration.
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role within an acute or surgical ward setting
* Strong clinical skills in managing acute and post-operative care, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and medication administration.
* Proven ability to lead and mentor a nursing team, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
