Meridian Business Support are looking for Customer Care Advisors to join our client's Customer Contact team based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST7) for a 12-week period. We are offering:
1. Paying £14.00ph
2. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (no weekend working)
3. Shift Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
4. Weekly pay & Online payslips

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be supporting the current team through a busy period by working through orders in the group mailbox, updating the system to process these through, and keeping Excel databases up to date. You will also occasionally answer in-bound calls from customers to provide order support.
We are looking for you to have previous experience in Administration, Customer Service, or Call Handling to work as a Customer Care Advisor, so you can confidently navigate the Salesforce system, Excel databases, and support the in-bound calls.
Contact Centre Advisor - You Will Need:
1. Strong Administrative Skills: Previous experience in administration, including managing group mailboxes, processing orders, and updating systems efficiently.
2. Customer Service Expertise: Proven track record in customer service or call handling roles, adept at addressing customer inquiries and providing order support over the phone.
3. Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with customers and team members.
4. Detail-Oriented and Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision, ensuring that orders are processed correctly and databases are kept up to date.
