We provide the end-to-end solution for bridge deck maintenance and protection from supply and installation of bridge expansion joints and bridge deck waterproofing membranes to concrete repairs and structural protection systems.
At Route One Infrastructure, we are on the lookout for an organised and motivated professional to provide high-level support to our Commercial and Operational functions.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining operations, managing key projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. If you excel in multitasking and are passionate about driving business success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Undertake marketing using social media (LinkedIn) and updating the website with case studies
* Identifying opportunities from new and existing customers within all sectors of the market
* Following up on all relevant quotations and assisting in securing new business orders
* Handling incoming sales enquiries
* Inputting site daily records into National Highways applications for payment
* Capturing and copying invoices for submission within applications for payment
* Job management – Setting up contracts, uploading documents/RAMs packs
* Organising inductions/training
Qualifications
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Previous administrative experience demonstrating excellent organisational skills
* Effective communication skills and phone etiquette
* Typing speed and accuracy
* Valid driving licence
* Familiarity with IT systems and data entry processes
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Responsible, reliable, and trustworthy
* Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or within a team
* Clean UK driving license

Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
Friday: 8.30am to 4.00pm
