Role: Sales and Estimating Administrator
Salary: £27,000-£30,000 per annum
Location: Rotherham
Working pattern: Full time office based
Our client is looking for a Sales and Estimating Administrator to join their team and work from our office in Rotherham on a full-time basis, working 41.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Other organisations may call this role Sales Estimator, Sales Co-ordinator, Sales Support Administrator, Sales Support Assistant, Sales Administrator, Sales Admin Assistant, or Sales Operations Assistant.

The Role
As a Sales and Estimating Administrator, you will produce accurate quotes to support the sales process and enable the company to win more business.
Ensuring timely and exceptional customer service at every step of the pre-sales journey, you will leave a lasting impression on potential clients.
Developing an in-depth understanding of products and processes, you will convert quotes into purchase orders, whilst adhering to all internal procedures.
Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency, you will consistently meet agreed timelines.
Additionally, you will:
1. Request GA drawings and documentation packages
2. Administer and progress customer orders efficiently and accurately
3. Identify and act on opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
The successful candidate:
To be considered as a Sales and Estimating Administrator, you will need:
1. Experience working in estimating, sales and/or administration within a mechanical/Construction environment
2. Experience delivering great customer service
3. An understanding of pricing and margins
4. To be customer-focused with excellent networking and communication skills - outgoing and able to build and develop relationships
