About the role:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a team lead position.
* Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Immaculate personal presentation.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
* High level attention to detail and organisation skills.
* Determination to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth.
* Previous experience in luxury jewellery highly desirable.
