The Pricing Manager at Lawfront will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies across the group to maximize profitability and growth. This role involves analysing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to set competitive prices for Lawfront's services.
The Pricing Manager will work closely with the Pricing Champion (managing partner of one of our firms), finance, marketing, and regional management to put in place pricing strategies and tactics in line with the company's overall business objectives.
Additionally, the Pricing Manager will support the development of a strong pricing culture within the firms, encouraging confident pricing behaviour among fee earners.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain a group-wide overview of hourly and menu pricing in each firm.
2. Conduct pricing and profitability analysis and provide recommendations to senior management.
3. Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to set competitive prices.
4. Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and business needs.
