So, if you want to join a dynamic company where you can make a real impact, read on and apply today The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring financial control across multiple energy and water efficiency projects. You will play a key role in project delivery by providing cost planning, budgeting, and contractual advice throughout all project stages. Working closely with project teams, you will manage procurement, cost reporting, and contractor negotiations while monitoring budget adherence. You will also support the tendering process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will: - Prepare accurate cost estimates, including materials, labour, and overhead costs - Monitor project budgets and track expenses, implementing cost-saving measures - Develop and implement cost value reconciliation processes - Provide regular reports on project progress and cost performance - Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies About You To be considered as a Quantity Surveyor, you will need: - Experience in estimating, surveying, or tendering within construction or building services - Knowledge of financial processes and developing cost value reconciliation processes - The ability to read and understand architectural drawings/plans and develop cost estimates - Strong communication skills - A BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar Experience working with NEC and JCT contracts would be beneficial to your application.
