Job Description
You will be joining a dedicated team of professionals to support our children and young people within our Upton Grange School based in the South East.
You will work closely with our education teams who support our young people, as well as their families. You will provide evidence-based assessments and interventions under the supervision of a qualified clinician to better understand and support our young people's needs.
Your role includes creating communication profiles, contributing to placement plans, and delivering a range of interventions. You will also conduct observations in school settings, co-facilitate staff training, attend multi-agency meetings, and participate in on-going service development.
We are looking for a Therapies Assistant with experience working with people with special educational needs. A dynamic approach to problem-solving, independence, and creativity in developing bespoke interventions are essential qualities for this role.
