The Role
As a Creative Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. From creative tasks to logistical and operational duties, you’ll be the backbone of our projects, office, and team, ensuring everything is top-notch. If you enjoy managing the details behind the scenes and keeping the vibe fresh, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Keeping Projects on Point
1. Manage invoicing and expenses to ensure finances are in order.
2. Track and maintain project logs, capturing all aspects of our creative work.
3. Assist in project costings, especially for our commercial ventures.
4. Coordinate project logistics: book rooms, arrange transportation, source props, and secure equipment.
5. Take ownership of smaller projects to gain deeper involvement in the business.
Office Management
1. Ensure the office space is safe, tidy, and on-brand with daily checks.
2. Manage office supplies, keeping everything organized and stocked.
3. Provide a warm and friendly welcome to visitors at the front-of-house.
Team Support
1. Oversee the group email inbox to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
2. Take comprehensive meeting notes using Milanote.
3. Coordinate the TeamUp calendar, ensuring everyone’s where they need to be.
4. Step into client-facing and operational roles as needed.
Online Presence
1. Regularly update and maintain our website, keeping it fresh and engaging.
2. Manage social media uploads, ensuring creative and consistent posts.
What You’ll Bring
1. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a creative or fast-paced setting. Recent graduates with the right skills are also welcome to apply.
2. Organisation: You’re highly detail-oriented and excel at multitasking.
3. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with IT tools, website platforms, and social media management.
4. People Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to build connections with anyone.
5. Creative Eye: A flair for aesthetics and a passion for being part of creative projects.
