Duties will include:
* Manage the delivery of day-to-day customer service operations.
* Design and refine processes to support rapid scaling of the business.
* Manage escalated customer complaints or issues, being mindful of future prevention and resolution of issues
* Manage, motivate and lead the existing team.
* Hire, train and develop new team members.
* Provide comprehensive and effective customer service training.
* Actively manage customer operations projects.
* Champion the highest level of customer service and ensure the best customer journey possible.
Essential skills:
* 3+ year's experience in customer service or operations management role.
* Experience hiring, managing & developing teams
* Effective management of customer issues, including complaints and escalations.
* Experience managing projects, from scoping, all the way to delivery.
