We have an exciting new vacancy for a Food and Beverage Operative to join our team at Meon Valley Hotel, Golf and Country Club. Situated on 225 acres of immaculately landscaped grounds in the idyllic countryside of Southampton, England.

Your main duties will include:
* Prepare the bar and restaurant areas ready for service
* Be familiar with our menus enabling you to confidently upsell
* Work across various areas in the hotel such as the restaurant, bar, and within our events
* Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift
* Involve yourself in clearing up and cleaning to keep all areas in top condition
The successful candidate will be organised, punctual, and well-presented, with excellent customer service skills. Full training will be given.
