Our fabricated equipment includes chemical processing lines, drying ovens, spray booths and specialist machines used in quality control by many prestigious organisations across the world.
The role:
The role is for an experienced sheet metal fabricator to work in a busy fabrication shop to produce both standard and bespoke equipment used in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) sector. This will encompass all aspects of fabrication, including: MIG & TIG welding (typically 1.5 to 10mm thick material), marking out, drilling and tapping to close tolerances, and operating associated fabrication equipment.
Experience required (essential):
1. MIG & TIG welding of stainless steel and mild steel
2. Work with stainless steel to a high-quality finish
3. Ability to read engineering drawings
4. Experience of operating guillotines and bending machines
5. Basic math and problem solving skills
6. Marking out, drilling and tapping to close tolerances

Hourly pay is dependent on experience and attracts a discretionary bonus too.
