Job Description
For our Nurseries across Scotland, we are looking for a passionate and experienced senior Early Years Professional to work in a senior regional role. The role offers a 40 hr working week, salary up to £50k depending on experience together with a £5k care allowance.
Ideally you will be in a similar role, where you are responsible for the Quality and Curriculum within your nurseries, developing, supporting, improving, maintaining and monitoring best practice and quality through the Curriculum for Excellence and leading our Pedagogical Approach across all our settings. You will also need to have led Nurseries through Care Inspections and have worked closely with the Care Inspectorate on any recommendations for the future.
Working with the manager and the teams in each of our Nurseries, together with reporting to the senior team and Head of Scotland, together with developing and delivering training to support Additional Needs and Inclusion, and as Lead SENco for the Company.

Requirements
As the Regional Quality and Curriculum Lead you will need to have
Have a minimum Level 3 / SCQF 7 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent
Have at least 6 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of running a day Nursery, leading and supporting teams
Have at least 1 years' experience of Multi-Site Support in delivery Quality and Best Practice
Experience of Care Inspections,and working with the Care Inspectorate
Experience of conducting and delivering Internal and external audits
Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations
Can develop, deliver and support training through the nurseries
Develop resources and activities to support the delivery of learning for all staff
Support Quality Assurance
Experience of SENco and full inclusion policies
Work alongside the Safety and Operational teams in supporting each setting to achieve best outcomes
Clean Driving Licence
