The Role As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will oversee the design and consultancy of Electrical Building Services for key projects. You will lead a team of talented design engineers, ensure projects meet high specifications, and play a pivotal role in shaping the business's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: Lead design reviews, develop and approve plans, and manage project schedules. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional project outcomes. Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals. Mentor team members, ensuring high standards and continuous development. Support business growth through networking and representing the company at events. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company strategies. Assist in project reporting, document control, and quality assurance processes. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in mission-critical or similar projects. A strong track record in electrical engineering, ideally including leadership and project management. Experience of using Amtech, ETAP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks preferred. Knowledge of modern relay technology metering and the IEC 61850 protocol (desirable). MV/HV experience or a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
