You are responsible for supervising and encouraging the residents to maintain the culture of treatment and recovery at the Nelson Trust and to manage effectively any issues that may arise. Applicants should be comfortable with lone working, be confident to seek and give support to other lone working colleagues. This role operates on a rolling shift pattern to include some weekend and bank holidays.
