This is a freelance role for a Business Development Manager - UK & Europe (commission only / high-value transaction).
Our company is growing, and we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for:
1. Identifying new business opportunities.
2. Building relationships with potential clients.
3. Closing high-value transactions.
4. Managing and growing an existing client portfolio.
5. Developing sales strategies.
6. Negotiating contracts.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate is skilled at:
1. Reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, cold email, networking, and social media.
2. Effectively presenting our recruitment solutions.
3. Negotiating contracts and establishing terms of business with clients.
The role also involves developing and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships through continuous engagement and excellent service delivery.
Minimum Requirements: Must have business development experience in a recruitment domain.
