Our student numbers are continuing to grow in the Media and IT team!
John Leggott College is excited to share an amazing opportunity for a Teacher of Media. We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong subject knowledge and experience of teaching, or working in, Media who could possibly offer some Games or IT teaching. We are particularly looking for a Media teacher, but as a large and highly experienced teaching team, we have the capacity to be flexible and accommodate the specialist skills of any new colleagues. You could be from an industry background or a recent graduate looking to start your journey into teaching. Our Media and Computing Area has a range of A Level and Vocational courses, including Media, Film, Games Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, and Esports. In the department, we are able to provide fantastic facilities to support your journey, including three purpose-built studios for Esports, Media Production, and Games Design, along with dual monitor PCs, testing facilities for VR, console, and mobile development, and much more!

Salary: Teacher PT 1-9 (£32,178-£49,725) Suitable for Early Career Teaching, depending on qualifications and experience.
