We are looking for a confident individual with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude who is aspiring to build their experience and progress at M&G. A powerful desire to learn and a genuine interest in Sales Support is essential.
The Role
As a Sales Support Executive Apprentice (“SSE”), you will help Advisers strengthen and grow their business and make M&G their provider of choice, helping both them and their clients achieve positive outcomes. You will work in partnership with the Intermediated Distribution sales teams (Prudential Account Managers) to achieve their growth ambition and deliver their sales targets.

What will you be doing?
* Educate our Advisers on how to save time by becoming self-sufficient with our digital and product journeys.
* Support our Advisers with their product & proposition enquiries, helping them navigate our systems to maximize the use of our online tools, with the aim of a seamless journey.
* Inform Advisers and their teams of our extensive range of tools, calculators, marketing, and technical support available.
* Facilitate service issue challenges through to resolutions when all else has failed, managing adviser expectations in line with Prudential's timescales.
* Working in partnership with our Account Managers, proactively identify and follow up with advisers on lead generation opportunities, helping to maximize sales aligned to our panels business plans.
* Identify and support potential new business opportunities by engaging with Advisers.

Minimum Requirements
* Available to start the apprenticeship programme in September 2025
* You must not be enrolled in another further education programme at the beginning of the programme
* Be a UK citizen or have proof of your right to work in the UK
* Living in Scotland
* Pass in Five National 5s including English and Maths
* Minimum of Grade C in Two Highers or equivalent
Training Provided
As a Sales Support Apprentice with M&G, you will undertake the Providing Financial Advice SCQF Level 6 Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face-to-face inductions and masterclasses.
Future Prospects
This is a fixed-term contract for 18 - 23 months upon which the business may decide to retain, subject to the Apprentice performance, headcount, and available funding. If recruited into a permanent role, the individual will follow the career progression applicable to the specific role/department.
Salary
£22,900 per annum plus benefits.
