Sales Manager

SF are looking for a General Sales Manager to join our leading manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales person as the long term plan is for the successful candidate to become General Manager. Experience within the industrial heating sector is very beneficial.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales: Directly responsible for sales of key accounts and indirectly responsible for overall sales and marketing.
2. Daily operations: Seamlessly manage day-to-day office tasks including answering calls, scheduling, and ensuring smooth internal communications.
3. Financial oversight: Oversee the business finances, including invoice management, budgeting, stocktaking, and procurement.
4. Compliance & Safety: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations. Manage insurance and subscriptions.
5. Administration excellence: Provide comprehensive administrative support to directors and managers from parent and sister companies, including report preparation, payroll, and banking oversight.
6. Staff management: Supervising staff performance, recruitment, training, employee appraisals, and wage negotiations, including HR processes and procedures.
7. Customer relations: Handle customer inquiries and complaints with exemplary service and professionalism.
8. Company: Negotiate contracts and accounts, ensuring the best outcomes for the Strategic Management.
Candidate Profile:
1. Proven office management experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of profit and loss.
5. Experience in leading and developing staff.
