Head of Corporate Marketing – Hybrid role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Marketing Manager to shape and unify QBS’ global brand identity and drive strategic communication with diverse stakeholders. This role requires excellent communication and collaborative skills as you will be executing these marketing communication plans to ensure alignment and brand consistency during acquisitions and integrations. The position is based at our Alderley Edge office, but you will also be organising internal and external events and representing the company at industry forums.
As Head of Corporate Marketing at our Alderley Edge office you will:
•Develop and execute a corporate marketing strategy to enhance the company’s brand across regions strategy
•Act as in house PR agency, creating press releases and liaising with the media
•Own the group website strategy, ensure it is optimised and updated (daily)
•Develop and manage a robust social media strategy to amplify the company’s presence and engage audiences globally.
•Position the stakeholder experience as the centre of the strategy, using innovative techniques in user experience (UX)
•Craft professional, strategic messaging tailored to investors, vendors/publishers, employees and customers
•Organise industry conferences, vendor summits and employee engagement activities
•Establish/maintain comprehensive reporting metrics, providing regular updates to executive leadership
•Development of marketing automation tools
The ideal Corporate Marketing Manager will have the following qualities:
•Experienced in B2B marketing within the tech/software/SAAS industry
•CIM qualification
•Business Degree level or other relevant educational qualification
•Proficiency in using analytics to drive marketing insights
•Strong on relationships with influencing skills to demonstrate ROI
•Event management experience
•Business awareness, commercial acumen and a hands-on management style/experience
•Managed the development of social media programs
•Outstanding written and spoken communication/presentation skills
•Familiar with an agile/iterative approach to working

The role is a hybrid role, office-based days and working from home, candidates should therefore have a reasonable commute to our Alderley Edge office. Working hours for the position are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
