* Specify and manage requirements and acceptance criteriaspecific to a system, platforms or programmes
Advising design teams on EMC requirements and designconsiderations Liaising with EMC test engineers to design and specifytesting regimes to prove system compliance against relevantstandards Designing and implementing system mitigation to meet EMCstandards Mentoring and coaching Engineers within the team
Your skills andexperiences:
* BEng (Hons) / MEng or equivalentqualification
Professional registration at Chartered level or evidenceof working towards this Experience of design for EMCcompliance Knowledge of EMC Defence Standards would be anadvantage Proven experience and ability to coach others in a team

The EMCEngineering team: Working within the ElectromagneticCompatibility (EMC) Team in Engineering, you will be responsiblefor providing support to the Engineering Manager and/or externalspecialists in providing transversal support to engineeringdelivery teams in defining electromagnetic requirements andundertaking specialist testing of systems, sub systems andcomponents in support of achieving contractual compliance for EMCdesign.
