About Our Client
Page Group is working closely with a key client who is a market leader within their industry. Following extensive and impressive growth, they are now looking for a Head of Sales to lead their Internal Telesales function split across Manchester & Halifax.
Job Description
* Direct management of 2 FTE and a wider team of 20 FTE across a strong internal telesales function.
* Drive sales performance across the area to support business-wide growth and achievement of pre-agreed objectives.
* Provide direct reports with all the tools, information, and resources to be successful in their roles.
* Create a strong commercial culture across the department, ensuring all team members are productive and proactive.
* Use all available data sources and streams to increase commercial performance, increasing outbound activity across the department.
* Ensure appointment booking levels are where required, allowing field sales teams to drive conversion and sales completion.
* Build strong working relationships with both field sales and internal sales teams to ensure a collaborative approach to the sales process is maintained.
* Use data to interpret performance and market trends, identifying areas of strength and opportunities to improve.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience managing a telesales or outbound sales function.
* Strong commercial approach.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
* Extensive stakeholder management within a sales-focused role.
What's on Offer
This role will require on-site presence across both Manchester and Ripponden sites on a weekly basis.
Salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus highly lucrative bonus/commission (to be disclosed on application).
