Job Description:
We are seeking a Service Catalogue Manager to conduct thorough analyses of service requirements and ensure alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for compliance.
You will play a key role in preparing and presenting regular reports on service performance, key metrics, and trends.
Your duties will include:

* Conducting comprehensive analyses of service requirements to identify areas for improvement.
* Ensuring SLAs are met by developing and implementing effective solutions.
* Preparing and presenting regular reports on service performance, including key metrics and trends.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to align service delivery with business objectives.
* Developing and maintaining accurate records of service performance and customer feedback.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
* Proven experience in service management, preferably in a similar role.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum based on location and experience.
