Job Description
* Maintain and update human resources data records.
* Work with the Global company to implement a new HR and Payroll System.
* Provide reports to the HR team and management as required.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
* Assist in the development of data management systems and procedures.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Data Administrator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Knowledge of HR systems and databases - ideally HRIS and Cascade.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent data entry skills.
* Good understanding of HR processes and terms.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
What's on Offer
Hybrid working: 3 days remote, 2 days office-based in Leeds.
£14 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.
