Our client is the leading recycler of electrical and hazardous materials in the UK and is looking for experienced, professional ADR qualified (Categories 2-6) Class 2 Drivers to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

This role is commutable from Basingstoke, Tadley, Newbury, Reading, Thatcham, and surrounding areas.
Duties:
* Completing multi-drop deliveries and collections, liaising with the Transport Team to effectively coordinate your daily route.
* Demonstrating a high level of safety awareness at all times while delivering products efficiently and professionally, operating to acceptable customer service standards.
* Operating in accordance with company policies, procedures, and instructions at all times, cooperating fully with the client to fulfill legal obligations and develop a positive safety culture.
* Reporting all vehicle, tank, customer, third-party, and personal injuries or damage to line management.
* Providing accurate written and numerical information as necessary when completing company documentation, including vehicle defect forms.
* Carrying out additional tasks that, in the judgment of management, are within the job holder's capabilities and are required to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements:
* You must have a current HGV Category C (Class 2) driving licence, along with a current ADR certification.
* CPC and Digi card are required for this role, along with an understanding of driver hours legislation.
* An awareness of the major risks to ensure compliance with safety procedures (which apply on all sites to avoid safety incidents).
* Customer-focused with a flexible approach to your hours of work, prepared to work weekends and public holidays as required to meet client needs.
* Ability to provide pre-employment checks including address, employment history, and driving licence verification.
* Must be medically fit to work.
Hours and Pay:
Our client works Monday to Friday each week, with occasional weekend work if required. Your hours of work will be based on a Monday to Friday rota, starting on or around 06:00 each morning.
Your pay will be:
* £17.02 per hour from Monday to Friday.
* Holiday Pay paid on top.
* Enhanced rates for Saturdays & Sundays (if required).
* Overtime rate after 47.5 hours per week.
